  1. Abellanians.net is a social networking site for all Abellanians, including friends. This is a free service, and joining doesn't require any fee.
  2. By joining Abellanians.net, you expressly agree to the Terms of Use of the site, and be governed by the rules and conditions imposed on all members of the site.
  3. No member shall post scandalous or slanderous contents directed to any organization, entity or individual - member or non-member of this site. Any member found or reported to be violating this Term will be banned from the system.
  4. No member shall post copyrighted materials, without any consent from the original authors and/or without acknowledging original author/s or source/s. Any material found to be violating trademarks, copyrighted works or infringing original works shall be removed from the site without prior notice.
  5. Abellanians.net, its administrators or moderators are not liable for any complaints arising from copyright infringement or trademark violations. However, contents found to be such can be reported by any guest or member for action.
  6. Photos, videos and articles posted on Abellanians.net are owned by the user/member who posted them. Abellanians.net does not retain, nor acquire the rights of these contents. In the same manner, Abellanians.net is not authorized to publish such materials anywhere else without written consent from the member/s.
  7. Abellanians.net may put ads or sell ads spaces to advertisers to help sustain the operations of the site. Abellanians.net may also provide site analytics and traffic, demographic and users activity information to advertisers and other third-party for the purpose of creating advertising/marketing campaigns for the site which can generate revenue. No personal information, however will be given or sold to any other party.
  8. This Terms of Use shall be updated when the need arise. Members shall be notified for any Terms of Use changes made.
